Hey, folks...
If you want to test your partner, or are pissed off after a fight, don't try hanging yourself for attention and hope they find you before it works. They generally don't. Sigh...

Huh? What's the Scoop?
Referring to the job I'm doing. Permanent solutions to a temporary problem.
Not anything to do with me personally! (Oh, and no Abby in my building as far as I can ascertain. I asked.)
Seriously?
No. Certainly not....
My ex-husband found his best friend in that condition in his senior year in high school. He never got over it, which isn't a surprise.
Even if you don't see it in person, just the visualization of it is hard to take (as in the case of my bio father)
Yeah, there was a kid that did that to himself when I was in high school. His parents found him in his bedroom closet. Utterly terrible. It still haunts me, and I didn't even know the kid.

sigh

Yep, yep. Known a few people who were quite successful at finding permanent solutions to temporary problems. Known others who weren't as successful but tried anyway, and some who got help either by intervention or self referral.
All I can say is that sometimes it seems like there's no end in sight and no help to be had... and truly, there is no end in sight or help to be had.. except to help yourself create a way out.
