I think Gretel was dictating her name and had a coughing fit midway through
So, it was really Gretel that killded Hansel then? Broke open his heart. Horrid child.
Yeah, Gretel was actually the witch's daughter and she lured Hansel into the house coz, you know, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. If Hansel wasn't such a greedy, thieving little kid, he'd still be alive today.
I think Hansel sold gloves
.. what? Now he's a door to door saleman? .. what's Gretel & the witch up to then?
Hansel was an entrepreneurial young kiddo, even if he was daft enough to believe the house was made of food. He started making gloves coz he was too lazy to get a paper round. The witch bought most of his black stock. They don't tell you that in the fairy tale though, coz business isn't as fun to kids as edible houses.
